Haydee Garcia DeJesus Allentown, Pa Obituary: In Remembrance Of Cherish Resident
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Haydee Garcia DeJesus, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who passed away on March 11, 2026, at the age of 64. Haydee was a cherished member of the Allentown, Pennsylvania community, known for her loving and caring nature, and her ability to always help others.
Born in Patillas, Puerto Rico, Haydee was the daughter of Patricio Garcia and Petra Luz DeJesus. From a young age, she became known for her remarkable cooking skills, delighting family and friends with her homemade meals and warm hospitality. Her home was always open to loved ones, and she was a source of comfort and joy to those around her.
Haydee’s strength as a mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother was unmatched. She dedicated her life to her family, providing love and support to her children and grandchildren. She is survived by her mother, Petra; children: Aixa Feliciano, Keyra Rodriguez and her husband Bernny, Jose Alvarado, Francheska Alvarado, Joesaynel Garcia, and Steven Alvarado; as well as 22 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Her legacy of love, strength, and care will live on through her family, who will always hold her memory close to their hearts.
Haydee was predeceased by her father and her grandson, Jose Alvarado. Her passing leaves a void in the hearts of all who knew her, but she will forever be remembered for the love and kindness she gave freely to everyone she met.
A viewing for Haydee will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 6:00 – 8:00 PM, and again on Thursday, March 19, 2026, from 10:00 AM until the service at 11:00 AM. Both services will take place at Weber Funeral Home, located at 502 Ridge Ave. in Allentown, PA. Following the service, there will be a private family burial.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that contributions be made to Mount Sinai Church, 322 North 2nd Street, Allentown, PA, in honor of Haydee’s memory.
Haydee Garcia DeJesus will always be remembered for her boundless love, her spirit of generosity, and the warmth she shared with all who were fortunate enough to know her. Rest in peace, Haydee. Your memory will live on in the hearts of your family and all who loved you.
